A reboot of The Blair Witch Project franchise is being considered. The original movie cam out 23 years ago, but has since struggled to repeat it’s success. Back in 1999, The Blair Witch Project was unlike anything anyone had seen before and its status as a pop culture smash helped make the movie successful. Lionsgate is now getting ready to relaunch the franchise and could take the entire concept back to the drawing board.
Netflix is reportedly losing more than $6billion a year because of illegal password-sharing ‘marketplaces’ that offer access for just $1. They have recently announced their first major counteroffensive to password sharing by letting watchers add up to two other users for just $2. It has been claimed that subscribers are facing frequent price increases, which is pushing away younger viewers with less money.
BTS are planning something special for their fans. Their next album will be released on June 10th, and to keep fans excited, a teaser video has been posted on social media. The June 10th release date coincides with BTS’s ninth anniversary as a band.
