WhatsApp is reportedly rolling out new privacy controls to certain testers. One of the new features is designed to give users granular control over who can see their last seen status, about information, and profile photo. WhatsApp is yet to announce when these privacy settings will be rolled out to all users.

 

Production of the remake of the movie White Men Can’t Jump in underway. Based on the original sports movie from 1992, the remake centers on two basketball hustlers who join forces in order to con fellow players and double their chances of winning money. Movie bosses say that Wesley Snipes who appeared in the first movie won’t be part of this one.

 

Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore continues to disappoint at the box office. Warner Bros.’ latest entry in its prequel series to the Harry Potter franchise is off to a rocky start. New figures show that it’s a disappointing opening for a film franchise that was supposed to get movie lovers back into the cinema. Movie bosses are hope that global box office takings give the movie the lift it needs.
