Five years after death of the singer Prince, his estate has announced the release of new songs from a previously unreleased album, Welcome 2 America. It was recorded in 2010 but was never made available. It will include a never-before-released full concert video from 2011 as well as the complete studio vault album. The release is planned for July this year.
Over the next couple of weeks Apple is to introduce a new privacy notification that allows users to stop companies tracking their activity on other apps and websites. The update will be included in iOS 14.5 making it mandatory for iPhone apps to ask for permission before collecting data. The decision has been criticised by Facebook as users will be able to choose whether they can collect their data or not.
The cast of Friends won’t be reprising their roles during the upcoming Friends reunion. It has been revealed that the actors will be returning as themselves for an all-cast retrospective. David Schwimmer, who played Ross said that nothing is scripted and they are not in character. The long-awaited reunion was due to start filming last week.
