Twitter is exploring additional ways to make money from its users, including by considering a paid subscription. The move comes as Twitter suffers a sharp decline in advertising. Earlier this month, rumors appeared online about a paid Twitter option after the company posted a job opening focused on building a subscription platform.
A woman in China paid for her pet to have plastic surgery because she thought the eyes on her cat were “ugly.” She was able to find a vet who would perform the operation, and paid $1,500 for the procedure. Changes were made to the cat’s eyelids to give the eyes a different shape. The vet who performed the operation claims the procedure is common, with many dog owners doing it so their pets can participate in shows.
Simon Cowell is selling his $11.5 million Los Angeles home as he wants to live a simpler life with his family. The home is in the Beverly Hills area and comes complete with a private pool, a gym, seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. He is also thought to have a spa at the house with a steam room and tanning salon.
