Now that video-on-demand has been proven as a viable platform, movie studios might be interested in shortening the gaps between cinema releases and online delivery. The entertainment industry has undergone a lot of changes over the past few months because of the pandemic. Normally, it takes 90 days for a movie to turn up on-demand after coming out in cinemas.


Victoria Beckham has made more than $1 million for the 2019 Spice Girls tour – which she didn’t even take part in. It turns out she made more money off the back of the tour than she did from earnings for her fashion empire. New accounting records show The Spice Girls made more than $5 million last year following the revival concerts. This means that Victoria is entitled to a fifth of the profits made in endorsements, merchandising and licensing deals.


Drake and The Weeknd have each donated $100,000 to the National Bailout Collective to help families in need during the protests currently taking place across the U.S. However, Drake confirmed that before the donation went through, he had a call from his bank checking his identity before he was allowed to do so.
