After 25 years it’s the end of the road for Internet Explorer. Microsoft has confirmed they will kill off the web browser and end support next year. After being released in 1995, Internet Explorer became the most used browser, with 95% of internet users by 2003. It’s popularity declined following the release of Firefox in 2004, and Google Chrome in 2008.

 

Netflix has introduced a new feature called ‘Play Something’. It’s aimed at users who want a randomly selected movie or TV series. Netflix say they are releasing the ‘Shuffle’ feature for viewers who can’t decide what to watch. There’s even an algorithm to cater to your tastes. At the moment it’s only available on TV’s, but they’re hoping to roll it out to mobile phones and gaming consoles.

 


The Batman is resume shooting in September following the coronavirus shutdown in the UK. They began filming in England earlier this year, but production was delayed due to the pandemic. The movie stars Robert Pattinson in his debut as the Caped Crusader, taking over from Ben Affleck, who left the role after Justice League.
