In a statement issued online, the Government Communications Center (GC) said that the Supreme Committee urged people in the Sultanate to avoid gatherings of all kinds, especially weddings and funerals, due to the severe risk of Coronavirus infections. The statement added that legal measures will be taken against violators and that they will be arrested.
