The Ministry of Health reported 967 new COVID-19 cases, and one death over the weekend, showing a big jump from last weekend’s numbers (343).
Of the 967 new infections, 343 cases were recorded on Thursday, 251 on Friday, and 373 on Saturday.
In the past 24 hours, 11 patients were admitted to hospitals across Oman, taking the total number of inpatients up to 40, including seven people in ICU.
