The Sultanate’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, His Highness Sayyid Faial bin Turki al Said, said that work on the Saudi-Oman road is in its final stages. The long-awaited road is expected to cut down the distance between the two countries by around 800 km.
The ambassador added that Oman Vision 2040 and Saudi Vision 2030 connect in many different programs, and that the two nations are sharing expertise and experiences.
He also touched on the issue of Saudi investments in Oman, saying that both countries aim to increase the level of trade exchange between them.
