The Royal Oman Police (ROP) have confirmed that residents stranded abroad whose Oman work permits have expired can have them renewed online.
Speaking to Merge 104.8, a source at the ROP said that those stuck abroad as a result of the current COVID-19 situation can have their expired work permits renewed online, though processing fees for the new visa application will be incurred.
The ROP have also confirmed that all visit visas and express visas are considered automatically-renewed until June 15, 2020.
