ROP Releases Updated Fines For Supreme Committee Rule Violations

The ROP made several amendments regarding fines for violating the Supreme Committee decisions:

  • The fine for not following instructions on home and institutional quarantine is now 300 Omani riyals
  • The fine for commercial shops and private firms not following Supreme Committee decisions is 3000 omani riyals and a closure of one month
  • The fine for refusal to conduct or re-conduct the COVID-19 test is 300 Omani Riyals
  • The fine for refusal to register for Tarassud for those who are required to do so is 300 Omani Riyals
