Residence Cards will Not be Renewed For Unvaccinated Expats

The Supreme Committee announced that residency permits for expats in Oman will only be renewed for those who have received at least one dose of a Coronavirus vaccine that is approved for use in the country.

There are eight Coronavirus vaccinations that are approved for use in the Sultanate:

  • Pfizer-BioNTech
  • Oxford-AstraZeneca
  • Covishield
  • Moderna
  • Johnson
  • Sinovac
  • Sinopharm
  • Sputnik V
