The perseids meteor shower is expected to peak in the Sultanate’s skies tonight, from 10 pm until 4 am the next morning. 60 meteors are expected to fall per hour, at a rate of 72 km/sec.
Stargazers will also be able to see Jupiter and Saturn using a telescope, and the shower is expected to continue until August 24th.
