Oman’s Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Diplomatic Affairs, Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali al Harthy, met with India’s Ambassador to Oman today, and during the meeting, he condemned the offensive statements that were made by officials from India’s ruling party against Prophet Muhammed, Islam and Muslims.
The two officials who made the comments received heavy backlash from Arab nations, and Iran, with Qatar, Kuwait and Iran also calling on the Indian Ambassadors in their nations, to condemn the statements.
