Oman’s Foreign Minister, Sayyid Bader bin Hamad al Busaidi, received Patriarch John X of Antioch and All the East.
The two sides discussed the efforts that were exerted, to enhance political and diplomatic dialogue with the aim of achieving regional and international peace and security.
Patriarch John X is the primate of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Antioch and All The East.
The Patriarch also met with the Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers, His Highness Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud al Said, and during their meeting, Sayyid Fahd stressed on the fact that Oman is a land that respects all religions, adding that Islam preaches coexistence with all Abrahamic faiths.
