Omani citizens in Indonesia must update residency status or leave, confirms Embassy

The Embassy of Oman in Jakarta has issued a statement advising all Omani citizens residing in Indonesia to update their residency status at the soonest, lest they be required to leave the country.

In the statement, which was issued online today [Thursday, July 16] said that: “The Embassy would like to inform the honourable citizens present in the Republic of Indonesia that they should leave or correct their residency status within thirty days from the date of July 13, based on the circular of the Indonesian Passports and Immigration Department.”

The Embassy further calls upon Omani citizens who wish to contact them regarding this matter to call + 62816100002 or send a WhatsApp to +9892020300.
