Omani photographer Anas Al Dheeb has shared these compelling photos of teams from Oman’s National Committee for Emergency Management (NCEM) in Dhofar in action during the weekend, as a tropical low-pressure system saw damages to property and roads across Dhofar Governorate due to heavy rain.
