Oman’s Public Authority for Water (Diam) has advised residents living in Bausher that the water supply to areas of the Wilayat could be affected from today [Wednesday, August 19] due to ongoing installation works.
In a statement issued online, Diam said that potential disruptions are due to work being conducted to connect new water-main transmission lines in the Wilayat. Those areas which could see water supplies temporarily affected are Madinat Qaboos, Al Khuwair, Murtafat Al Khalili, and sections of south Ghubra.
Works are set to start from 6:00 p.m. today and will continue for 24 hours, Diam has confirmed.
