Under the directives of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultanate this morning launched relief flights to Khartoum, amid heavy flooding in the Republic of Sudan.
Sudan has declared 3-month state of emergency over deadly floods that killed at lease 100 people and caused the collapse of more than 100,000 homes.
