Customers will soon be required to follow these precautionary measures for health and safety when visiting Royal Oman Police (ROP) service halls across the country, which are set to re-open on Wednesday [July 1].

In a statement issued online, the ROP have outlined the following precautions:

Customers must wear face-masks and gloves for the duration of their transaction and until they leave the ROP service building.

A physical distance of 2 metres must be maintained in the waiting area for the duration of the transaction period.

Customers who do not comply with the above requirements will not be allowed to enter the service hall.

Customers who do not follow the precautionary measures will be subject to action and fines in accordance with the law.

Customers are encouraged to avail the ROP’s online services in an effort to help curb the spread of COVID-109 and, also, reduce wait times at service halls.
