Oman’s Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance (PACDA) has confirmed that search and rescue teams have retrieved the body of a man who was reported missing and presumed drowned in North Al Batinah Governorate.
In a statement issued online, PACDA officials confirmed that the man’s remains were found in waters off Naber Port in the Wilayat of Liwa.
The deceased was first reported missing on Sunday [August 9], with search operations were carried out by PACDA rescue teams, in cooperation with coast guard police.
