Oman Arab Bank (OAB) announced that it is launching a new internship program called ‘Ruwad Al Arabi’, where it will take in 50 interns on the occasion of the bank’s 50th anniversary.
The internship mainly aims to prepare the youth for future employment, whether at OAB or in other companies, by giving them a real-life work experience in the banking sector.
The program, which translates to ‘Leaders of Tomorrow’, also aims to foster economic competitiveness and stimulate growth, in line with the goals of Oman Vision 2040.
The one-year, paid internship targets fresh university and college graduates, who hold a Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of at least 3.
