Muscat Municipality has issued a statement online this evening [Thursday, August 27] regarding when the second phase of women’s beauty centre services will be allowed to start.
As per the Municipality, the second phase of activities will be allowed to resume in women’s beauty centres after the ongoing evaluation of phase one reopening measures.
The Municipality has reiterated that activities which are currently permitted are:
— Hair colouring services
— Haircut and washing services
— Manicure and pedicure services
— Waxing hair removal services
Upon approval, activities which will fall under phase two will include:
— Makeup application services
— Facial and skincare treatments
— Henna services
— Massage services
