In an effort to support the efforts made by Qatar to host the FIFA World Cup later this year, Oman’s Ministry of Heritage and Tourism announced that it will carry out a multi-activities program, provide special World Cup match day shuttle flights, and establish a FIFA village at Oman Convention and Exhibition Center.
Officials said that a Hayya card will be mandatory for visiting Qatar, and that those coming in for the World Cup will get a 60-day free visa to Oman.
