The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth launched a photography competition for 16 to 21-year-olds.
The competition aims to prepare them for the International Federation of Photographic Art’s (FIAP) 40th International Biennial Contest of Photography, which will be held in Belgium this year.
The ministry aims to encourage young photographers to showcase their skills in international competitions across the world.
