Masdar Global Solutions (MGS), an Omani SME Riyada Company specializing in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), IT Staffing & IT Project Management Services for various sectors in the Sultanate of Oman, announced today that effective 21st September, 2020, Masdar Global Solutions (MGS) Quality Management System (QMS) was certified to be compliant with ISO 9001:2015 International Standards.
To receive the ISO 9001:2015 certification, MGS underwent an evaluation process that included quality management system audit, system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and clearance of non-conformances, all of which work to identify corrective actions that eliminate non-conformance to the International quality management standard.
Ahmed Behlim, Managing Director at MGS, affirmed that this success reflects the outstanding performance and implementation of quality management systems. He further added “Achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification within a span of less than 2 years since incorporation proves our commitment to providing high-quality and continuous service to our esteemed clients, as well as an ongoing investment in technology, development, and processes and procedures”.
