An Indian eighth-grader was killed earlier this morning, after she was hit by a speeding vehicle while she was trying to cross the road in front of her school.
The little girl’s mother, who was accompanying her, was seriously injured, and has been admitted to the hospital.
A representative from the Indian School Wadi Kabir confirmed the unfortunate incident, saying that the school was saddened by the death.
