The government has announced that both public and private sector workers in the Sultanate will receive a day off in view of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH)’s birthday.
According to the Oman News Agency, the holiday will fall on Sunday, November 10, 2019.
The decision also allows employers and employees to agree on work arrangements to compensate the holiday, if necessity arises.
