Driving licenses can be renewed online: Royal Oman Police

The Royal Oman Police (ROP) announced that Omanis and expatriates with expired driving license can renew them online.

“Starting from Sunday (12 July 2020), drivers will be able to use the ROP website and app to renew their licenses,” the ROP said in a tweet.

ROP added that users should activate the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and save the eye test results electronically to complete the procedure.

Applicants can then collect their driving license from their nearest Police Service Station.
