Depression to Move into Arabian Sea in 48 Hours; Rains May Fall in Parts of Oman

Oman Meteorology issued a statement, saying that a depression has formed in the northwest of the Indian subcontinent, adding that it is expected to move into the Arabian Sea within the next 48 hours.

Specialists said that this atmospheric disturbance may bring rain to the northern governorates of Oman by early next week, and they called on citizens and residents to follow the National Multi-Hazard Early Warning Center for the latest developments.
