COVID-19: Oman registers 665 new cases Wednesday

Oman’s Ministry of Health (MoH) has announced the registration of 665 new cases of COVID-19 novel coronavirus in the Sultanate.

In a statement issued online today [Wednesday, July 29], the MoH has confirmed that the total number of COVID-19 cases in the country now stands at 78,569.

Of the 665 new cases announced today, 618 are among Omani citizens and 47 are among non-Omani residents. The number of new COVID-19 recoveries announced today is 1,653, bringing the total number of patients in the Sultanate who are now coronavirus-free to 60,240.
