COVID-19: Oman registers 1,053 new cases Monday, total now 77,058

Oman’s Ministry of Health (MoH) has announced the registration of 1,053 new cases of COVID-19 novel coronavirus in the Sultanate.

In a statement issued online today [Monday, July 27], the MoH has confirmed that the total number of COVID-19 cases in the country now stands at 77,058.

Of the 1,053 new cases announced today, 952 are among Omani citizens and 101 are among non-Omani residents. The number of new COVID-19 recoveries announced today is 1,729, bringing the total number of patients in the Sultanate who are now coronavirus-free to 57,028.
