Oman’s Ministry of Health (MoH) has stated that it will be temporarily suspending its daily statements on numbers of new confirmed COVID-19 cases in the country during the Eid Al Adha holidays.
In an announcement issued online this evening [Wednesday, July 29], the MoH confirmed that the suspension of daily COVID-19 tallies will be in effect from Friday, July 31 until Wednesday, August 5.
The health authority went on to further caution the public on the importance of adhering to regulations on avoiding gatherings and social distancing, as well as proper hand-washing and hygiene to help curb the spread of coronavirus.
