In a circular issued online, Embassy officials have said that the operating airline — Oman Air — will be in touch with passengers confirmed on the flight to finalize their bookings on the flight, which is set to depart on Saturday, June 20.

The Embassy has advised passengers traveling on the flight who may require medical certificates or health documentation in order to complete boarding procedures, to ensure that they obtain them prior to departure.

In a second circular issued on Tuesday [June 16], Embassy representatives have also stated that all Filipino citizens returning from Oman and arriving at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) must register and fill out an electronic Case Investigation Form to generate a QR code which must be presented upon landing at NAIA in order to facilitate arrival procedures.

The Embassy has also confirmed that more repatriation flights for Filipino nationals from Oman will be scheduled and that “subsequent flights are being arranged.”
