The Civil Aviation Authority issued a statement, saying that the Indian-made COVID-19 vaccine, Covaxin, has been added to the list of approved vaccines.
This means that all passengers who have received two shots of Covaxin, with the last dose taken at least 14 days prior to their scheduled arrival to Oman, will be allowed in, without the requirement for quarantine.
Other approved vaccines in Oman include Pfizer-BioNTech, Oxford-AstraZeneca, AstraZeneca-Covishield, Johnson & Johnson, Sinovac, Moderna, Sputnik V, and Sinopharm.
