The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) issued a statement online, saying that it confiscated a truck that was parked in a residential neighborhood and loaded with dangerous material.
While it did not specify what material the truck was carrying, the CDAA confirmed that legal measures are being taken against the accused.
