CDAA Launches New App Called Nidaa/CDAA for Emergency Services

The Civil Defense and Ambulance Authority launched an app called Nidaa/CDAA, and through this app, users can report emergency situations and request for police, ambulance, or firefighting services.

Emergency situations include, but are not limited to, accidents, injuries, loss, collapses, fires, drowning, and users can also request other services on the app, such as approval of emergency, evacuation plans, drills, site security for government and private facilities, and trip information, like location and participant data (to avoid cases of loss and ensure speed of arrival in case of emergency).
