Oman’s Meteorology Department announced that a trough of low pressure, which will bring with it rains, thundershowers, fresh winds, and flash floods, will affect parts of the Sultanate until Wednesday.
The parts that will be affected include Musandam, North and South Al Batinah, Muscat, South Al Sharqiyah, and Al Hajar Mountains and the areas adjacent to it.
Heavy rains have already been reported in Musandam, and authorities warned people to take precautionary measures due to low visibility during fog and rain.
