#BREAKING: Oman marks 44th death due to COVID-19 on Sunday

Oman’s Ministry of Health (MoH) has announced the death of a 72-year-old resident suffering from COVID-19 novel coronavirus.

In a statement issued online today [Sunday, May 31], the MoH has confirmed that the fatality rate in the Sultanate from coronavirus has now risen to 44.

The Ministry has offered its deepest condolences to the family of the deceased.
