#BREAKING: Death of 46-year-old resident marks Oman’s 23rd COVID-19 fatality

Oman’s Ministry of Health (MoH) has announced the death of a 46-year-old resident who has succumbed to complications resulting from the COVID-19 novel coronavirus.

In a statement issued online today, [Monday, May 18], the MoH confirmed that the Sultanate’s COVID-19 death toll has now risen to 23.

The Ministry has extended its deepest condolences to the family of the deceased.
