#BREAKING: 37th COVID-19 fatality registered in Oman

Oman’s Ministry of Health (MoH) has announced this evening [Sunday, May 24], the death of a 51-year-old Omani citizen suffering from coronavirus.

In a statement issued online, the MoH has confirmed that the Sultanate’s COVID-19 fatality rate has risen to 37. The Ministry has offered its deepest condolences to the family of the deceased.

Currently, Oman’s total number of COVID-19 cases stands at 7,770, with 513 new cases registered in the country today.
