#BREAKING: 2 more COVID-19 fatalities reported, Oman’s death toll now 34

Oman’s Ministry of Health (MoH) has announced this evening [Friday, May 22] the deaths of two patients suffering from the COVID-19 novel coronavirus.

In a statement issued online, the MoH confirmed that a 57-year-old and a 60-year-old resident have both succumbed to complications resulting from the coronavirus, as Oman’s fatality rate reaches 34.

The Ministry has extended its deepest condolences to the families of the deceased.
