The Arab Parliament awarded His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik with the ‘Leadership Award’ , for the role he plays in serving the issues of the Arab nations.
This award is the highest honor granted by the Parliament to Arab leaders.
It was received by the Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Special Representative of His Majesty the Sultan, His Highness Sayyid As’ad bin Tarik al Said, and the award ceremony was attended by several officials, including the Speaker of the Shura Council, His Excellency Khalid bin Hilal al Ma’awali, and a number of members of the Arab Parliament.
