328 Prisoners to be Freed from Jail, on the Occasion of Prophet’s Birthday

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued a royal pardon to 328 prisoners, including 107 non-Omanis, on the occasion of the Prophet PBUH’s birthday, which falls on the 12th day of the Islamic month of Rabi’ al-awwal.
